These terms of services apply to anyone who has purchased and is interested in purchasing commissions or designs from me.

If you wish to commission or purchase a custom adopt from me, please send me a note. the chat feature is buggy at best.

Payment

✦Payment will be done through paypal invoices, as such the buyer will be required to send me their email via notes.

✦Your email will not be stored or recorded for any purpose aside from the invoice

✦Full payment is required within 24 hours

✦I do not do holds. please have the payment ready immediately

✦Payment plans for any price exceeding $250 will be discussed with the buyer directly. Completion of design/commission will commence after the full price has been paid.

✦I have the right to refuse service for any reason

✦No Refunds

Requests Requests are free and have limitations

✦I take requests for fun between work and other projects ✦I am under no obligation to accept or complete any request ✦Requests are to be simple, single-character images with minimal/no shading

✦Requests are always open but are not a priority

✦I have the right to refuse a request at any point for any reason

✦If you requested something and i accepted it but have not completed it within a timely manner, please send me a message. i have either forgotten or i am busy with work/other obligations and did not have time to do it.

Commissions

Commissions are currently closed

✦Commissions have two stages: development and Finalising

✦Payment must be made during the development phase. failure to do so will result in your commission being canceled. Repeated offences will result in a ban from commissioning me in the future.

✦You must be 18+ to comission me

✦you may purchase commissions on the behalf of, or as a gift for other people

✦if your commission is intended to be a gift, let me know as the reciever of the gift needs to know my TOS.

✦You may used commissioned artwork for: Banners, Icons, profile pictures, website decorations, discord emojis, wallpapers, and any other manner of personal use that is non-commercial.

✦If you wish to use a commission in a commercial setting Please inform me beforehand. Depending on the nature of the commecial product i may request a percentage of profit gained from it.

✦You may reupload work you have commissiosned to any website with credit that links back to my deviantart account.

✦You may not claim my work as your own

I wanted to rename my account to Serpian, to match my toyhouse and maybe my youtube (still on the fence) but its already been claimed by a deactivated account! Rather dissapointed about this
